After the unforeseen demise of the company patriarch, ASDEC Construction was subsequently led by his wife, who perpetrated the heritage by generating new leadership to create the company’s strong foundation beginning in 1993. ASDEC Construction reaches its pinnacle at a time when Japanese surplus is in high demand, and decides to stay competitive by embracing innovation. ASDEC Construction determined that in order to compete effectively, they must invest extensively in modernizing equipment and machineries, as well as deploying the best site management team. ASDEC Construction began with excavation services made feasible by machinery pool and equipment. Then, in 2008, they adopted three primary services: demolition, slope protection, and sheet piling. In 2009-2010, they extensively invested in heavy equipment due to a rapid change in severe requirements to deploy a project.  Since then, the company has expanded its competence to include general construction services, highways, tollways, and heavy equipment rentals. ASDEC Construction intends to build long-term relationships with clients by providing all of their construction and excavation requirements to a high standard, in compliance with the law, and in accord with their preferences.
